After you find the right property, you will be required to complete a Tenancy Application Form. As part of your application you will need to provide identification which makes up 100 points. This may include Drivers License, Passport, Medicare Card, Debit Card, Credit Card or a bill addressed to you at you current address.
You will also need to provide:
• Your current and previous addresses
• Current and previous rental history
• Current employment details & Payslips
Once your application has been submitted you will be kept up to date with its progress. We aim to have your application processed within 24 to 48 hours. However, this does depend on how easy it is to get a hold of your references.
Application Process & Screening
Acting in our owners best interests, Ray White Griffith seek only those tenants who will look after the property as if it were their own home and can prove they can afford to pay the required rent.
Once we have received your completed Application, Ray White Griffith’s Leasing Manager will review it thoroughly, checking your supplied references and employment details. Ray White Griffith also screens all prospective tenants through the TICA (Tenant Information Centre of Australasia) database to ensure they do not have a poor history in previous tenancies.
Once all checks are complete, Ray White Griffith will forward your Application to the property owner with our recommendations.
